When I last sat down with Roland from Streamline Webco a few months ago he once cited that it would be great to blog from one’s cellphone.
So here I am. Pocket Opera (browser) a P800 (phone) and some time to kill. Another item cited during the conversation was that it would be great to also upload images. Well, Plone with CMFPhotoAlbum installed (as this site has) makes it easy. There’s an FTP client for the P800 and you can upload images from the P800′s memory to get your files on the site.A little more testing has to go on for example what happens when my phone changes IP address as the creation of the blog may actually wind up being alot longer than the GPRS conneciton… and the sort but overall it seems to work well.
