Name that Pho Joint

Alright, so we`ve just finished lunch at Hy’s and we’re deciding on the next venue.. so I bring up the subject of Pho – why not, its been a while.

One of my colleagues suggests the Pho Nga Bich place up in Burnaby just because the name (this is the same guy who popularized chinkdesign.com so I suppose I should`ve taken it lightly).. gets me to thinking..someone could really capiltalize on the non-asian market if they came up withsome catchy names for their Pho joint:

1) Pho Sho Mai Nga

2) Pho Metal Jacket

3) Pho Monty

4) Pho Shizzle

5) Pho Shizi

6) etc..

.. just a passing thought :P

On another thought, today after lunch I was hearing about a colleague who is doing some work down in Mississippi. He was sitting, about to have breakfast, giving his order when a passing question from the waitress:

“Yall got a job?”

Now, my colleague, a bit taken aback from the question answered … “Why, yes!”

The response was great.. “Full head of hair, all your teeth AND A JOB? Wow you should have two girlfriends!!”
